Windham County Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Capacity Building Program, funding is available to: * Property owners and landlords renting to low/moderate income families in Windham County. Eligible Housing Providers may receive financial assistance to address lead hazards in rental units, ensuring that tenants have access to safer living
